Cancellation Policy

• Payment is required in full at the time of booking to secure your service. • For virtual calls: Cancellations or reschedules made at least 24 hours in advance will receive a full refund or credit toward a future session. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice are non-refundable. • For digital itinerary orders: Once work has begun, the service is non-refundable. If you need to change details within 12 hours of booking, please email us at hello@benedestx.com to update your preferences. • All itineraries are delivered within 48 hours of booking unless otherwise agreed in writing. • We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel in the rare event of an emergency, with a full refund if we cannot deliver.
